We’ve been on the inside of big moments.

now we build them.

5 North Studios was founded by strategists who understand what it takes to turn ambitious ideas into experiences that actually work.

Our background spans entertainment, marketing, content, UX, strategy, production, and digital—giving us a perspective that sits between the creative idea and the realities of execution.

We've worked on major entertainment properties, built audience-facing experiences, managed complex productions, and learned what happens when an idea meets the real world.

That experience shapes how we work today:

Think strategically. Create boldly. Execute relentlessly.

And stay close enough to the work to make sure the final experience lives up to the idea.

emily movahed

Emily’s career began on the Warner Bros. Studios lot in Burbank, where she built her foundation in entertainment production working on The Ellen DeGeneres Show and Conan. From managing the ground-up development and installation of WB’s iconic Stage 48 interactive experience to driving multi-platform campaigns, her work has always centered on one thing: creating meaningful connections between audiences and brands.

With an MBA from California State University, Fullerton, Emily has spent more than a decade leading marketing initiatives across film, television, music, and gaming. Her work at Lionsgate and Warner Records earned a Shorty Award and Webby Award, respectively, while her experience spans everything from campaigns for Oscar-winning films to global digital strategies for emerging artists.

At 5 North, Emily brings that experience together to create ambitious brand experiences that connect strategy, creativity, and execution—and give audiences something worth remembering.
